Right of Withdrawal Clause and form
In accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, we inform you that the data obtained through this form will be included in an automated file owned by HLC SB DISTRIBUTION SL in order to comply with your right of withdrawal under Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent to such processing, by sending your request to the postal address POLIGONO LINTZIRIN GAINA, PARCELA E 8-15 20180, OYARZUN (OIARTZUN) (GUIPÚZCOA) or to the e-mail address store@hlcdist.com.
You may also contact the relevant supervisory authority to lodge any complaint you deem appropriate. By sending this form, you effectively exercise your right of withdrawal, thereby extinguishing the obligation to perform the contract concluded between the parties. Once your request has been processed, HLC SB DISTRIBUTION SL will send you a notice of receipt, using the communication channel you have indicated on the form. We remind you that you should keep this acknowledgement of receipt as proof of having exercised your right of withdrawal.
